Today  we   leave behind be discussing  for-profit or non-profit organizations, what is the difference  you may  ask? A business or organization whose primary  terminus is  do  bullion is - a for profit organization; as contradictory to a non- profit organization in which the  main goal is focused on helping the community and is concerned with the money that is necessary to keep the organization operating. It is  very interesting  that the stem  for  this essay was Building an Ethical Organization, because I  am currently in the  process of  researching the requirements  for  opening my  own an non-profit  corporation. I am in the process of  completing my  business  plan, and  I recently  completed  my mission give inment.
If I had to choose, my  program would be  a non-profit Corporation. My  Mission Statement would  be:  To  be  the   surmount provider in NJ ,  while serve individuals  with supererogatory needs. Our  goal is to have  life enriching solutions  for the  families that we serve. And  to be  dedicated  to the phylogenesis and  the  delivery  to  the needed services   for the  disabled community  in  my  county.



 My  Values  Statement would  be: To  consistently deliver  innovative, come up managed and quality services to people and their families with the needs  that would be tie in to the disabilities.
 
I  believe  that  in order to  ethically yield our mission  statement we  would  have  to be  very   spry with the resources  provided  to us, to  run  the corporation. When  it  is a  non-profit organization, donations and/ or financial backing  typically  comes  from the state in which you  reside. So we would need to diligently manage the funding within the organization so that we continue to will aliveness/ and  or assure the delivery of quality programs.
