An entity presents the disclosures in separate 125 of IAS 1 in a manner that helps users of financial statements to understand the judgements management makes about the future and about other sources of estimation uncertainty. Judgements and estimations made by the management remain subjective. As the number of variables and assumptions viewing the possible future resolution of the uncertainties increases, those judgements suit more subjective and complex.
In the process of applying the entitys accounting policies, management makes various judgements, apart from those involving estimations, that can significantly affect the amounts it recognises in the financial statements.
