* There are many ways to estimate project be but most of them fall under deuce-ace basic cost estimating methods. They are analogous estimating, parametric estimating and get through up estimating.
When using Analogous estimating, project managers find costs associated with similar tasks from previous projects. They then try to estimate the cost of the current project by using those figures. In order to use analogous estimation; the managers must compare tasks that are similar in scope, size and complexity.




Parametric estimation is more about black and white, mathematical application. Managers must know how retentive it might take to do a specific subdivision of the work and extend that out over the whole task. because those figures are added to arrive at a total estimate for the task.
Bottom up estimating involves a more detailed sectionalization of the project. Once the project is broken down into smaller steps, for each one step is evaluated and the cost is assessed. These figures are added to achieve the total estimated cost of the project.
For the training project, a bottom up method is scoop up to be used. Training projects can be complex and it is patrician to under estimate the needs of the organization.
