This unhurried was coming in for her mundane cleaning and apparently she did not live about her copayment. term she waited in one of our rooms, Jessica our front desk girl approached her to collect her balance. The patient then acted very surprised and verbalise that she had come with the idea that she did not have to pay for any service. Jessica began to remind her that on her last visit she was told that there was going to be a copayment for today and that she even wrote it on her appointment card. Minutes later, the patient requested to speak to the doctor. I do not know in what they had agreed. All I know was that I was told to bring in the patient and to begin her cleaning. The doctor called me up deflexion just before calling her in and explained to me that this was a rugged patient and to be extra pleasant so she would go through comfortable.
