During the eighteenth vitamin C, women were usually referred to as inferior. They normally didnt save up literature because men thought they werent as knowledgeable. If they did write, the piece of music wasnt that popular or just wasnt read. It was dense to get noticed as a woman in the male-dominated societies of this time. Many female authors began writing around the eighteenth century though and wanted their plant to stand out or just wanted to express themselves. One of these revolutionary authors was Jane Austen. The works of Jane Austen challenged accepted female stereotypes in the Romantic Period and in modern times.
Jane Austen was born on December 16, 1775 in the closure of Steventon in Hampshire. She was the sevensometh out of eight children of Reverend George Austen and his wife, Cassandra. She was ameliorate mainly at home and never lived apart from her family. She had a happy childhood and was inseparable from her older sister, Cassandra. When they were young, they wrote and performed plays and charades. As a little girl, Jane was encouraged to write. At the age of 14, she wrote her first novel, issue and Friendship and then A History of England.
In her beforehand(predicate) twenties, Jane Austen wrote the novels that were later published as Sense and Sensibility, gazump and blemish and Northanger Abbey. She also began a novel called The Watsons which was never completed. In the seven and a half years that she lived on her brothers estate on the Hampshire Countryside, she revised Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice and published them in 1811 and 1813. Mansfield Park came out in 1814, followed by Emma in 1816 and she completed Persuasion which was published unneurotic with Northanger Abbey in 1818, the year after her death. None of the books published in her lifetime had her name on them. They were described as being written By a Lady.
