Motivation and Organization
After reading the materials I would cite that the McClellands three implys theory would be intelligent to put in to place in the management style. It shows that the need or achievement which e genuinely whizz needs. We all like to know that we ar achieving our goals and doing the job that forget help us to reverse in to a better position. The need for power, this is a great excerpt because we all have a need for some potpourri of power. There are some people that strive for more power than others do but we all have a need for some kind of power. There is the need for affiliation. This is the impulse for a friendly and close interpersonal relationship. We do non like to smelling like we are the only one or feel left out. I feel that this trustworthy theory fits the situation the best as Ayame is Japanese. The Japanese are very hard work it is instilled into them when they are little. They work very hard to keep from discharge hungry and being poor.
In the Japanese culture there are a set of things that we do differently here in America. They are told what to do and they usually work as a group.



I feel that if the management would include some kind of motivational tools in their system things may work better for them and the employees would also work better for them. All employees like to know that they are doing a good job and if the management would let Ayame know that he/she is doing a good job would help him/her to know that they are appreciated and the efforts being made are not going un-noticed. The Japanese are used to being told what to do and that they are supposed to work hard with very few eld off. They show up to work early and start working as soon as the work hour begins. They laudation other workers for support, even if they did not help much in succeeding.
