Brief Counseling is highly needed in a school steering setting. Although one may view it as a quick fix, SFBC (solution focused brief counseling) can be helpful to disciples who want to change. In order to have a successful therapy session the counsellor must emphasize the importance of goals, solutions, exceptions, and future visions to facilitate change. overly the counselor would also guide the client through solicitude of problems and specific tar contributes for change. The use of language is a powerful gumshoe in which student/ clients are able to view problems otherwise and better cope.



Optimism is key in many obstacles, when a student believes that a change will take place consequently that is enough to ignite hope in the client.
The Five effectual Questions are extremely helpful in the SFBC model they are: coping misgivings, exception-finding questions, the miracle question, scaling questions, and t hold development questions.
