Objective
The purpose of this project is to germinate an efficient, single purpose ground shuttle service to merchant marine people from Wichita, Kansas to Kansas city, Kansas and back the same day, where nvirtuoso currently exists.
Constraints

Deliverables
Building - To house one buss in Kansas City and one in Wichita
buses - twain to three busses needed for project
Routes - Shortest routes and alternate routes in case of pass closings
Schedule - Three planned round trips from Wichita to Kansas City and Kansas City to Wichita
Labor - Accurate estimates needed for bus drivers, maintenance crew, administrative help
