1. The text discusses several methods of conceiveing human behavior. These include the fount study, innate(p)istic observation, correlational look for, survey research, and the experimental method. If you were going to name a study investigating the relationship between intoxi toilettet and violence, which of these methods would you opt and why? What would be the relative strengths and weaknesses of this study? What good considerations must be taken into account while chore this study?
If I were going to design a study investigating the relationship between alcohol and violence, I would read to use the naturalistic observation research method to strike my study. According to Strangor (2010, p. 41), the naturalistic observation method of research is research based on the observation of everyday events. I would choose naturalistic observation research because it seems, to me, like the most practical way to benefit from research about this subject. To get the outperform and most accurate results, it seems that a setting in a lab or an induced setting where someone knows they ar being watched would not work as well.



In parliamentary procedure to use the naturalistic observation research method to transmit my study investigating the relationship between alcohol and violence, I would most likely observe people in natural settings over a period of time; i.e. in bars, at clubs, at parties, and even at holiday get-togethers where alcohol is being consumed. I may even pay close anxiety to friends when we are out together and there is alcohol expending involved.
Data collected using naturalistic observation can be put into a coding sheet (Strangor, 2010, p. 42). On a coding sheet, information collected can be coded in such a way in the quality of the relationship of alcohol to violence as follows: Names for the subjects could be listed, along with the location (environment and setting).
