For my final project I am researching the job act upon of being an FBI agent specializing in drug enforcement. In establish to be an FBI agent I must obtain my bachelors degree and have three or to a greater extent years of professional work experience as a police officer or such. After being legitimate into the FBI, I must attend an 18 week formulation course at the FBI Academy on the U.S. Marine corps base in Quantico, Virginia.
I chose this job due to my anxious interest in crime fighting and ability to city block illegal activity. My country is famous for drug trafficking and when I put forward people that I am Guatemalan, they assume that I am a drug dealer and dish out fellow Guatemalans catch drugs over from Mexico. I feel by catching drug lords I go forth end the emboss for myself and prove myself. I also feel that I would be of help because of the stereotype I can be used for undercover and help bust more criminals. 
In order to be in the FBI I would have to establish a great foundation garment of communication. While in the FBI I will penury to be comfortable with exploitation web-cams, interpersonal, public, and group communication. I also need to be comfortable with communicating with different ethnicities while on the job and undercover.



I will consistently be using my cell phone and email to keep communication scatter with my team and supervisor. I will also need to be able to communicate with people over the phone so I can gain information about a case or suspect. FBI agents must have strong communication skills, allowing them to capably relay critical information to supervisors and other agents (Amico, 2011). approximately units in the FBI require their agents to learn another language. I already speak Spanish and English so I will have an advantage of being bi-lingual (FBI, 2011).
